As experienced Licensed Professional Counselors, we assist children(ages 7 and up), adolescents, adults, performers, and athletes working through difficult life challenges involving complex trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and other difficulties that have become a block in their life.
You can expect a treatment experience that goes beyond the surface to heal the nervous system with bottom up approaches such as Brainspotting, EMDR, and HeartMath tailored to help you discover your best self.
Additionally, we offer a variety of massage techniques such as Craniosacral, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Swedish, and Sports massage through our Licensed Massage Therapy staff to help continue the healing process by releasing stored trauma in the body.

Our approach to therapy begins with the nervous system where clients will be given somatic tools during the first session to apply immediately. Clients can expect a treatment experience where they are encouraged to talk as much or little as they feel comfortable about the issue or disturbance.
